"...in a time lacking in truth and uncertainty and filled with anquish and despair, no woman should be shamefaced in attemping to give back to the world, through her work, a portion of its lost heart." Louise Bogan, American Poet 1897-1970

A Mystery
No, this is not my laundry. :o)
I have been moving this bag of scraps from place to place around the room for over two years. It was given to me by a friend and I decided today was it's day to become something. It's a mystery to me, at the moment, how it will come together. I think the first order of business will be to sort them. I thought about keeping them in the bag and picking one out at time and just sew, but I chickened out. I like controlled chaos.
Wish me luck.
Could you leave me a comment and let me know if you are getting my postings. It's awfully quiet around here. I love comments. I live for them!!
Blessings on your day!

Wow. That's a lotta colors.
ReplyDeleteEverything looks like a bag or a purse to me right now. I have pouches on the brain.
I know that whatever you make out of these will be wonderful. You have my curiosity going.
ReplyDeleteThank you, sweet Sara! More on the mystery today. :o)
